La Campania in zona rossa si tramuterà in un colpo mortale per le aziende se non ci saranno immediati sostegni. E’ quello che urla ad alta voce Vincenzo Schiavo, presidente di Confesercenti Campania: «La nuova “zona rossa” si traduce in circa 400mila imprese che rimarranno ferme da lunedì. Ottocentomila lavoratori resteranno a casa. Tutto ciò accade in un periodo importante come quello della Pasqua. Agli imprenditori campani, ai loro dipendenti e di conseguenza alle loro famiglie, dopo aver vissuto un Natale triste e amaro a causa delle restrizioni e della mancanza di soldi, toccherà vivere anche un periodo pasquale tra malinconia e angoscia, con mille incertezze sul futuro. La Campania “in rosso” brucerà altri 5 miliardi di fatturato. Sul fronte ristori, poi, la Campania non può attendere ancora i tempi della politica. Avevamo lavorato con il governo Conte per far giungere in tempi brevi adeguati ristori a tutte le imprese, senza più la selezione per codici Ateco. Draghi, invece, con un colpo di spugna, ha cancellato tutto. Si parla di rimborsi alle imprese relativi solo a gennaio e febbraio 2021, giusti e sacrosanti, ma non basta. Le imprese devono ricevere il contributo del mancato fatturato 2020 rispetto al 2019 altrimenti il Sud – precisa Schiavo, delegato peraltro di Confesercenti per le politiche del Mezzogiorno- morirà e morirà nelle mani di Draghi, è bene che il primo ministro lo sappia. Devono smetterla di prendere in giro le aziende mettendo regole sempre più stringenti per l’accesso ai ristori. Da marzo 2020 a marzo 2021 chi fa impresa in Campania ha dovuto adeguarsi a 532 provvedimenti del governo nazionale e circa 500 provenienti da Regione e Comune. Una vera follia! La burocrazia, se prima distruggeva l’Italia, adesso la sta annientando. Chiediamo al governo Draghi di intervenire immediatamente. Le imprese sono in ginocchio, gli imprenditori non ce la fanno più e con loro i lavoratori e il tutto il tessuto economico della Campania. Con la decisione di passare in zona rossa la Campania, per la maggior parte delle imprese della nostra regione i giorni di chiusura da marzo 2020 diventeranno oltre 120».
La crisi non risparmia nessun settore, e Confesercenti opererà per tutelare ogni categoria: «Sono tutti allo stremo – sostiene Schiavo – , mi riferisco al mondo del wedding; agli agenti di commercio; alle imprese dell’abbigliamento che, nonostante fossero rimaste attive, hanno perso in Campania mediamente dal 40 al 60% di fatturato dall’inizio della pandemia. Penso agli artigiani, così come i parrucchieri, saranno costretti a restare a casa di nuovo. Penso ai centri estetici ed alle palestre; per non parlare delle varie professionalità del mondo dello spettacolo che non possono lavorare da un anno».
Un colpo mortale per molte imprese. «Sono oltre 6mila le imprese campane che da inizio allarme Covid hanno abbassato la serranda e non l’hanno più rialzata. Oltre 20mila persone hanno perso il lavoro dal primo lockdown ad oggi e non hanno ancora trovato nuova collocazione.
Oggi le imprese in Campania – conclude il presidente di Confesercenti Campania – in gravissima sofferenza sono 30mila; dovessero non farcela a superare la crisi Covid, metterebbero per strada altri 100mila lavoratori».
